Looks to be the Casino, visible in the other Abbey Road thread. That's Mary Hopkin, left, Linda & Heather at right. The guy? Neil Young?

Interesting photos! Yes, "Goodbye" was Paul's song - of which there's a Great demo sung by Paul with just acoustic guitar. I think it's on the "Acetates" DVD.
He should have kept that one for himself...

I've got that demo in my collection, agree it's a keeper. Once you hear it you can not forget it.
