Recently it was discussed on this forum why Matthew Sweet had sold on ebay (and eventually to Olivias) the Guitar Rickenbacker had given to him.

Well, he has recently posted a message on his myspace site saying that he is looking forward to going out on tour with a wonderful new 12 string guitar.
I have just bought his brand new album and sure enough there are a couple of great tracks that feature that unmistakeable sound of a ric 12 string. If anyone wants to hear a track I can email an MP3 to you, just drop me a PM.

I wonder which Rickenbacker model it is, that he has now got?
