My band are hoping to record 3 new tracks soon, we haven't recorded for nearly a year now, but we have some great 'ric-o-tastic' tracks to offer, mostly featuring a 360/12, 330/12, 330/6, hoffner bass, hammond organ and drums!

I'm glad to hear you are OK with accepting WAV files through yousendit.com! It's the easiest option, and it's free. You might want to amend those original submission rules---they indicate you need a physical CD mailed to you.

Well then, I will go down and see what we have shakin' on the slab in the lab!

Yes - let me make that clear -

Sending WAVE files (or FLAC or what-have-you, EXCEPT for MP3s) via a service like YouSendIt is another good way to submit your tunes.

Update on submissions thus far - lots of great stuff! But not enough for a whole CD, so those who haven't submitted yet are definitely welcome. Timeline reminder: There's a month to go before the Nov 1 deadline, so there's still plenty of time, but don't let the date sneak up on you!

Sure; you're welcome to submit a song or two or three. Like I said, anyone who's been a member since before the CD 2 announcement was made (August 23rd, I believe) is perfectly valid, and all you need is at least one RRF member in your band. Looking forward to hearing the 4001V63!

Finally got The Song Of My Dreams all put together with my very talented co-conspirator Steve Carsello.... He improved on my original bass line dramatically and added a couple of really awesome guitar layers that really make the song rock like it was meant to! He will be submitting the song sometime this week.... I think you all are going to like it, and will be in for a real surprise!
