Has anyone had the chance A/B 4004's with the ABM and Schaller bridges yet? I have always been uncomfortable about the amount of freeplay in the ABM rollers with the strings off and how that ultimately affects the tranfer of vibration to the body. These Schallers look less complex and was wondering if they sound significantly better to warrant an upgrade on my Ci?

The Schaller is also a roller bridge, but I haven't seen one in some time so I don't recall how loose their rollers are.

I've had basses with that type of Schaller bridge. It's very well made. I didn't really notice much difference in quality between the the Schaller and the ABM. I love the roller feature that allows the player to adjust the string to string distance.
JETGLO should officially be renamed JETGLO ROCKS! :-)
