There's one really hilarious thing in there that I'm surprised no one has mentioned. I pointed it out when I first saw it and they said they were going to fix it before putting it up but . . . shtuff happens.

I'm also happy this is running on their bandwidth rather than mine but I wish there was a clever way to link to it directly. Still, this was done entirely by Laguna Tools and on their behalf, so it's right they should get the advertising benefit.

For the record, the videographer is the same one that has been helping me with our Hautewerk video project, so there's probably some ongoing possibilities.

There is another video with Rickenbacker content in the "Santa Ana Primer" here:

and several earlier versions here:

Anyone have a site that would hold a 35mb file? Mine are 15mb and 20mb limits.

If you can, put all these Rickenbacker videos there. It would be nice to put them all on CD.

We should have plenty of space on the server. It will be set up with links to download the files.

Guys, in the case of the Laguna Tools video, you'll need to get their permission before you put this video up anywhere. This is held under their copyright, not ours . . .

BTW, is there a particular person we should ask for at Laguna Tools? And, do we have your permission, John, to download and archive this video?

I have about 20 minutes' worth from the factory tour during the 75th Anniversary celebration in 2006.

The Laguna video interviewing John Hall and Gover Jackson is absolutely terrific. It has a great feel and John is most engaging in his presentation. It is a special feeling to see Bjorn Eriksson's name associated with the project as well.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
