I love it.
The pictures don't do it justice really, the gold finish is sublime, whoever developed this colour deserves a promotion!
And the Gold pick guard and TRC are a lovely touch, especially on a 620 where you wouldn't expect to find them.
And the sound..... Quite different to my 330/6, this is more like a top of the range, vintage telecaster but on 200,000 steroids! :lol:

I'm not sure if it needs the vintage style knobs though?

It was actually a toss up between the Desert Gold 620/6 and this 620/12 in turquoise.
I went for the Desert Gold one as I already have a 360/12 and anyway, the 6 string looks way cooler.

The oven knobs only come in fours, what would you use for the smaller 5th?

Paul Wilczynski sells a brown 5th knob that goes well with the oven knobs.
