New Roger Mcguinn Interview
Saw this on the Premier guitar online magazine:

Pretty cool article, with input from JH and Chris Hillman. Nothing new or unusual, but cool article nonetheless.
Cheers,
-Collin

AH, hence the abundant Rickenbacker questions! Well done Bob, some cool info in there.
Way to grind him on the Byrds reunion too!
Re: New Roger Mcguinn Interview
I just read the interview this morning; good work, Bob! I am sure that Steve Lasko doesn't mind the Janglebox plug, either!

That is a great one, full of gear questions.
I wonder why he can't say how many Ricks he owns?

Thanks for all the replies. I did post a thread bout this in the Rickenbacker General section. I would assume Roger has a dozen or more Ricks. He and his wife live in a condo in Florida, so I don't know that he has the room to store a boatload of guitars. I purposely asked Roger about his use of other guitars. I have seen pictures of him using a Gretsch and a Tele. He played that Gretsch at Monterey Pop, on "Hey Joe," clips of which are up on YouTube.

Oh, we indeed loved the JB reference!steambyrd wrote:I just read the interview this morning; good work, Bob! I am sure that Steve Lasko doesn't mind the Janglebox plug, either!
The McGuinns have a Florida condo, but they also have another residence that's been extensively renovated with solar panels and other energy-saving features. You can read about on their blog.drumbob wrote:He and his wife live in a condo in Florida, so I don't know that he has the room to store a boatload of guitars.

Re: New Roger Mcguinn Interview
That is a really excellant article... focused on Rickenbackers, Byrds and Compressors !
Nice little side bars with Chris Hillman and John Hall too.
Everyone on this Fourm should enjoy reading it.
Regards - Rich F.
