Rob's CD Mix number 2!

Well, it's in the works folks. I've started to think about some songs to include. I'm not really sure whether to do a CD of different tracks from the same artists that were on CD MIX 1 or to do something completely new, let me know your thoughts on that one.

I'm also not sure how I'm going to distribute this one, I sent 14 copies of the first one out to different folks, which was brilliant as most of you seemed to enjoy most of what was on the CD, the only downside was that it cost me on average about £3.50 per disc.

Are people happy to download from something like Rapidshare and then transfer it onto CD themselves? If not I'll have a think about it.

I've also recently been going through the arduous task of transferring all my Northern Soul records onto CD, It's taking me forever as I have hundreds, and it's all got to be done in real time! But on the more positive side I'm re-discovering some great music that I haven't listened to for years.
I may put together a compilation of some of this stuff, if people are interested enough.

Please let me know if you are interested in CD MIX 2, NORTHERN SOUL MIX 1, or even both! And I'll decide where to go from there.

I'm perfectly fine with downloading. I'd be interested in any compilation that was put together whether it be soul or another grouping of various artists. To be honest, the Northern Soul mix sounds particularly interesting. I enjoyed the first one and definitely want in on this one.

I was concerned about the cost to you as you may recall, but you sent me a CD anyway even though I did not ask for one. I must say that I thoroughly enjoyed the artists that you selected. It was a great mix and you know how much I appreciated you sending me the CD. I would vote for downloading the songs in future. It will save you a ton of money and time. Many thanks for doing this for those of us who are interested.
