Tone Werks offers "Byrd" wiring

Post by jeff »

Just happened to stumble across this website yesterday, and lo and behold they are offering "Byrds" pickguard modifications which look exactly like those offered in the 60's. The first one has the Rickenbacker "Byrd" wiring and goes for $150. The other has the "Roger McGuinn" wiring with Vox treble booster for $300. If I didn't already own a 370/12RM, this would be the way I would go. Some folks have sent in pictures with the new modifications raving about how great they sound (and LOOK too!). So for all you folks who own a 370/12VP or 360/12VP this should do it for you! They also carry Burns replica knobs and bowtie bridges for your Lennon conversion needs and other guitar parts as well. Here's the website; http://www.tonewerks.com/index.html.
Scroll down to products and there you go. Let me know what you guys think about this. THANX!

Wow.
I will be sure to get this as soon as I get my 370/12 Ric (which will be in a VERY long time).

Good find.
