MARF III- LAST CALL FOR REGISTRATION (PLEASE READ)

Post by leftybass »

Hello everyone,

We're getting near the time for the Fest, and I have to make a push to all of you that are planning on coming to REGISTER in the PROPER FASHION, i.e. go to the links provided here in this post and supply the proper info. If you are planning to attend the event after the Fest on Saturday evening, it is IMPERATIVE that you properly register for that as well.

Sending a regular e-mail to Chris saying, "yeah I'm coming" is not what I mean---we need everyone to register properly so that we may have an accurate head count and instrument count, as well as a head count for the catered event on Saturday evening for food and drink, etc.

So here are the links once again, and thanks for taking the time to send your info via the LINKS.....

The Mid Atlantic Rick Fest (at Pick of the Ricks) on Saturday, November 15th 2008, from 9am-6pm. The Event is a FREE Gathering for Rickenbacker Players and Enthusiasts. You may bring Instruments if you'd like. Whether you bring an instrument or not we would appreciate it if you would register if you are planning on attending. Follow this link to the Registration Form: http://www.pickofthericks.com/ric_fest_2008.asp

After the Daytime Event we will be Hosting an After Party 7:30pm- 11:30pm at Elite Catering in Voorhees , NJ . This is also a FREE Event. You do not have to attend the Daytime Event to attend the After Party or vice versa. We will have a Private Room including Dinner, Beer, Wine and an opportunity to Jam with fellow Ric Lovers. It as a Catered Event, therefore a Headcount is required. Please take the time to Register for this event as well, if you plan on attending. We will not be able to accomodate any unregistered guests. It should be a great finale to a fantastic day. Follow this link to the After Party Registration Form: http://www.pickofthericks.com/ric_fest_ ... _party.asp

Done and done. Didn't list instruments yet though... that will be a last minute decision at the front door of the house.

I should be atteb=nding the MARFIII this month. (I registered). Is there really a need for me to bring a 2007 660 AFG? I think i asked before but I am not sure if there would be any interest in it.

It is not required to bring an instrument, but any and all are quite welcome. Of course, your 660AFG is required in order to boost the instrument count! 8)

There's interest in any and all Ricks at a confluence. We'll look forward to seeing you there, Brett!
