Paul, I had exactly the same question. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the time you took to share all this with us. A terrific post!!!admin wrote:...Can you comment, at least from your brief time there, how popular an exhibit The John Lennon Museum might be in terms of number of visitors?

Oh, great essay, Paul!
Re: My visit to the John Lennon Museum, Tokyo
Thanks for your compliments and enthusiasm, guys. It's my pleasure to share the experience with all my friends here.
Peter and John,
During the 3 hours I was there, I only saw 4 visitors besides me. I guess there were no more than 10 in a weekday like that. It seemed to me that the income brought by the tickets and the museum shop alone could not support the operation of the facility. Maybe the museum was not at all a profit generator for Yoko? If what I think is true, then kudos to her and the museum management for providing such a permanent exibit to the public.
Kenny,
The V81 was not in a glass case like the DB 112 that you could observe from all sides. It was displayed in a "cave" like the Gallotone "Champion" acoustic quitar which was on the opposite side to it. You could only see the front of it.

If memory serves me well, The V81 was missing one of the two bottom TRC screws.
