A 450 is a full size guitar, I'd go with 10 gauge.

I am using D'Addario XL Chrome Jazz Lights (11/15/22w/30/40/50, # ECG24) on my 450v63 JG (among other guitars) and they are beaucoup sweet playing and sounding.
