12 string nut mod

Post by buggy »

Just got my '93 fg 36012v64 back from the shop. It's simply amazing what a difference the altered nut spacing provides. All chords in the formally ******* quarters of the neck now play clean and true. Playability is up 1000%. I didn't want to ship to CA so I found a luthier here in NJ that was willing to give it a shot. He did a more than amazing job. He spotted a seperation of the fretboard and fixed that as well. Nothing short of spectacular. I really want to thank Mark for the info and Jimmy Somma of Sommatone for the wonderful job. I am a happy camper.
