Anyone fron St. Louis?

Post by stts64 »

I am going to see YES in St. Louis on Dec 2nd. I was wondering if anyone here is familiar with the Pagent venue. Are the musicians there pretty accessible. Would it be a good idea to bring my 4001CS along in case there would be an opportunity for Chris Squire to sign it for me?

There is no barrier between the stage and the main floor area. Most shows at the Pageant are open seating on the main floor and reserved in the balcony. I believe this show is reserved seating in both areas. Normally there is a large area in front of the stage with no seats....folks just gather and stand there (dance, whatever). Since the main floor is reserved for this show it is hard to say if they will have seating in this area or not. I have seen interaction between people in this open area and the perfomers at some shows...hard to say if security will be tighter because of the type of show or not.

I suggest maybe a call to the Pageant to confirm that they will let you in with the bass......you definitely do not want to leave it in your car!!!

Hope this helps, and good luck.
No matter where you go, no matter what you do, there you are.

Kris, it might be better just to take the pickguard. It would be nice to have Chris hold your CS, but it wouldn't be any good of it got stolen....
