I thought of you when I saw this very light application of Walnut on eBay.

So, Peter...
Has a verdict been reached or is the jury still out on this one? Or have you decided it's just too hard to choose and you're going to leave it as it is? Inquiring minds want to know.

If money wasn't an issue and I was changing the colour of one of my Rics, I would base it on this...........
Dark metallic green with a burst and lens glare. I would go for silver hardware, knobs and pick guard.
I would call it "Starburst"

The first song played on it would have to be Radioheads 'The Bends'.

Unless I've missed it in here, Paul did a very nice deep purpleburst on Mel's 481 as I remember.
That's one of my choices for the next outing in paint. Mind you, I change my mind on this stuff very regularly. Ask Paul W. I suspect this is how he feels as soon as I start deciding on paint.

Um, did I miss something? Was Peter's refinished 350V63 shown here?kiramdear wrote:Well, it's about time!![]()

Based on the discussion in latter part of this thread, "Project X" (see other thread) seems to fit the description of the project in question.
If so -- congratulations Peter and Paul!
