+1! Sean I hope you find a way to work this out and keep her. That bass is gorgeous and as much as I'd love to take her off your hands, I'd never feel right owning it. Is it possible, in any way, to find a buyer that will give you a "buy back" option?
Jim, that thought crosses my mind but the economy has been tough. I thought I'd buy and hold it till he gets financially squared away but couldn't swing it.

Thank you guys so much. A real special bunch here.

No need to feel weird about owning this one, the money will be going to a good place. It is a special bass, and it's new owner will love her in no time. After the sale, I will still have my early 80's 4003 in AutumnGlo, so all is not lost!

Thank you once again. You guys are great!

My dear Burgundy is now sold! She is off to a new home in Old Blighty. Many thanks to everyone here at the board who assisted me with this.

Shawn, I'm glad it is done, for the reason it needed doing. Give your son a hug and pull out the AutumnGlo and ROCK OUT LIKE MOTORHEAD!!
