Yeah it never made any sense to me-BT everything black except the bridge and screws. A powder coat would affect the dimension of the screw head.

Kendall-I AM looking for a Blackstar, "someone" keeps buying them 'em before me!

Good one Jeffrey, haha! Pretty cool looking in those shades I would have to say.
First year for "Meet The Beatles" in The States, I believe. Still probably my all time favorite album, have many many memories from that album from when I was a kid.

My 4003s5 midnight blue with black trim now has black screws on the black pickguard ... I got a bunch of black screws from Mars music a few years ago ... it adds to the dark mysterious look ...

I like the way the screws look, gives it a nice contrast.
That fretless would look unbelievable if the neck was black too.

Actually they were just a little bigger than ric screws ... the head was the same size though ... but I like the look ...

I am in need of major BS!

That's "black screws" that is.

Any ideas?

Also black tape wound flats (yuck). Sorry I'm not much of a flats kind of guy. Mike Parks sold out of 'em, POR doesn't carry, JustStrings-zip/zero/nadda...
