In Detroit, Michigan. Not sure how fair the asking price is at $3000 OBO.

Not sure if it's the camera, but that appears to be an especially vintage looking FG with lots of red and yellow in it.

Still seems a bit high to me though.

It's on eBay too. I am trying to make arrangements to go see it since it's so close. No reply yet.

These early V-Series guitars are sweet, and this one has a correct '64 burst. Wish I had the dough, I'd bid on it.

Yeah, the FG on that one is amazing....like correct (C63) style, plus nicely aged.

I checked this guitar out today and the Fireglo looks great. It's nicely ambered with only some minor checking and a few shallow scratches on the back. It has been strung as a 6 string for some time and the neck has quite a "back bow" right now. It is missing a bridge height adjustment screw and some of the hardware has minor rust and pitting. Overall, it's not in bad shape but certainly not "pristine" condition.

The eBay seller is not the actual owner of the guitar so we had to drive to the owner's house to see the guitar.

I made what I feel was a fair cash offer but the owner is waiting to see how the auction plays out.
