RIP Mitch!

Man, what a bummer. That is terrible news. Mitch Mitchell is one of the finest drummers in Rock history, he leaves a deeper legacy than he knows.

At least the JHE can all jam together now, in that Purple haze above, as they "kiss the sky" :wink:

One could tell Mitch Mitchell's drumming even without the music.
Fantasic, mixing his jazzy style with Hendrix' madness.
Man, I can't even pick a favorite MM/JHE tune.
Manic Depression's drum riff keep going through my head.
Mitch was brilliant.
