News such as this makes begins to age me. Whew. My sincere condolences to their family and friends. Wasn't Patrick McGoohan the heavy in the mid-70's "Silver Streak," starring Gene Wilder and Richard Pryor? That seems to ring a bell with me. Respectfully.....Goofyfoot.

Yep, that's him in Silver Streak (Roger Devereau the master forger) - and of course my fave - Secret Agent (great theme song). Actually quite a history in film and TeeVee:

If you are old enough, you might even remember him in Disney films (Dr Syn - the Scarecrow of Romney Marsh)... the dude was really prolific and good!
