That's very reasonable, Brad!! I paid between $1600 and $1950 for my two '05s (Montezuma Brown and Midnight Blue) and my '06 (Mapleglo).

That's a great Fireglo.... what year it it, Brad?

Still.......Hmmm, not too shabby at all when you score a 350V63 as your first Rickenbacker with Toasters®. Welcome to the canteen, stick around, and you will be enlightened. Props to you on your new acquisition, brah. Keep on keepin' on.......Goofyfoot.

yup, $1600 sounds like a pretty good deal as these things go. In 1987 I came across that FG 360 in the picture .... I walked into a music store in NH and as soon as I saw it I just KNEW I had to have it. Paid around $500 (it was used, not new) which was a huge sum of money for me at the time. I really like it because the red of the FG is a much darker ruby color than the brighter orangy shades RIC later came out with.

According to the date code, it's 2004 -- made during my birthday week. I'm taking that as a sign!

For sure, every Ric I've ever found was dumb luck.

That's what I'm afraid of, sorta. My other Rics have hi-gains; what if I become a toaster addict???

Current prices make me a little dizzy. I still remember picking up my 360/12 back in 1979 or 80 for $400 (used, but not a mark on it).
