Strings off for 10-plus years??? Repercussions?

I contacted the seller of a Rickenbacker 620 where it's pictured with no strings. I asked how long the strings had been off, his reply was "since around 1995". What is the likely result of this long-term lack of tension on the neck?

Possible back bow.

If the back bow is severe enough the frets could possibly become loose. I would question the seller to see if the truss rods were backed off.
