Thanks, Brian. We wouldn't want any of our newer members to think using bleach on a Rickenbacker finish is O.K.

And another brilliant instructional piece by Scotty!! :shock: I have to restring my 620-12 and 360-12. Using the Scotty method, I better plan on taking the week off from work.

Here's the best way yet to string up a Ric 12.

1. On the way to the airport, drop guitar off at tech.
2. Fly over and spend a week at Scotty's palatial retreat in the highlands.
3. On the way home from the airport, pick up guitar from tech.
