Best guitar amp with ricks for garage/punk/grunge music?

I don't have a distortion box. I've got an OK little Behringer multi-fx box for delay/chorus/flange/reverb, but I don't know how good it sounds when I mix it with analog amps/effects. I want a POG and a Cry Baby, some compression. That's enough for starters

We're throwing this quest for tone into overdrive. Here's the pedal layout as it now stands, thanks to someone who shall NOT remain nameless, whojamfan, you know who you are who has given me a deal I can't refuse on the whole lot. Let me break it down for you and ask for your feedback (pun intended) if any of these toys strike a warm fuzzy feeling for you, please comment here. This grunge rig is still a work in progress so your thoughts are welcome! I gave each one a quick shakedown and they are all nice quality and good sounding. The Jackhammer is aptly named and the Dano Echo really does sound like an old Echoplex. You can even slide the head on the fly for some vintage tape weirdness. Very cool.

Oh, it's "Edward The Compressor". I should put on my glasses. Well it deserves a first name. I like this effect, it's clean but sweet and in your face, and it couples well with the chorus. Jackhammer sounds like Jimmy Page's Marshalls. DOD is exquisite OD. Tweak Fuzz is versatile and wacky. This is too much fun!!!

Kira, it was absolutely my pleasure to give those pedals a good home.

On the Vox wah and the OD-250 I installed true bypass switches, so no noise suck or mexican radio.

No, but the Jackhammer and Danecho have seen a bit of the world in my live rig. I used my Hiwatt on that(and all)record, and the other guitarist used a Marshall JTM-45. Don't remember what pedal I may have used to break it up a bit. Any effects would have come from a rack in the studio.

Arrange your dollhouse any way you like. The little blue patch cable was put in there so you could plug in the power supply in on the OD250 and use an angled cable. I can't for the life of me understand why pedals are made with the power supply jack on the side next to the input/output jacks. Why can't they all put them at the front end of the pedals so you can easily plug them in and connect the signal cables?

The DOD250 is old-school design, from before they had all these snazzy organizers. Did the originals even have a power adaptor jack? Used to be our accessories consisted of a box of transistor batteries.
