Petty Playing a RIC Bass

But, I said it once before and I'll say it again, as a bass player Petty is a great 12-string rhythm guitar player.

Petty's main bass during the recording of "Mudcrutch" was the 4001C64 in that video. Weither he purchased it from the Ric factory or if he bought from Norman's Rare Guitars, I don't know...it was likely ordered directly from the factory.
