I think that is what makes this so much fun...Mods are mods....yeah, we may not like them or understand why they were done that way but it becomes very interesting to look at mods and what effect they have had on the instrument...i personally would not add a j bass p'up to a Ric-especially in that position-but it makes for some interesting photo opps and discussion
