Let's see it go to completion. the last 4001cs went for $1976.Might be a good barometer as there was no crazy reserve or shill bidding, the bass was complete and in reasonable shape etc...

I think the 4001v63 is worth more. The problem with this one is the seller has no real reputation and the picture sucks.Threw by 2 cent bid in.

Well this should prove to be interesting, given that it's mislabeled, any guesses to the final bid?

The cat's out of the bag. Some experienced bidders are already in play, and we all know about it with plenty of days to go. It will hit $1500 or better before the week's out.

So wait...Do we have to guess closest to the selling price, or does our guess not count if it goes over like in the "Price is Right." And what is the prize to the winner?

Jeff..

I have not heard of any "prize" as of yet...

I was hoping that Marc would put up his V63 for being the closest without going over..... ;)

I'm revising my guess. Rickbee wants it bad, you'd think with 174 feedbacks the guy would know not to keep bidding up the price on himself. I guess some guys have to be number one at all costs. We haven't even heard from the bidders waiting in the wings. 4 days to go, I say $1800.
