Thanks, Brian. I'm afraid I've been bitten by the five string Bongo fever lately. I have a Cabernet Pearl 5HS w/BFR rosewood neck coming at the end of this month and I just found out that I won an ebay auction for a Ltd Ed Blue Dawn 5HH. Since I paid $875 for the Stealth and $1250 for the B.D., I have an average price of $1062 for the pair. Pretty decent value for one of the best production five strings in the world, IMO YMMV :) .

If I ever stumble across a 5-er Dargie Delight Bongo or Stingray for a decent price when I have the $$$$ I'll be a member of the MM club as well.

About this time next year my 24 fret FWI'd 5 string blackened/silver ghost flamed Laredo with Nordstrand p/u's and ACG preamp should be arriving from Paul's shop......hopefully then my 5-er needs will be met.

Brian: I am taken with the stealth, darth vader-like, no plastic look. I quite agree it is striking.
Life, as with music, often requires one to let go of the melody and listen to the rhythm
