Post by YukonCor55 »

Amber autumnglo 370 on Ebay from Ric Outlet. My color vision isn't the best but it looks like fireglo to me?? :?:

Yeah, it photographs like an AFG, but it really is orange first, brown second, red third...

I like to call it amber orange-brownburst!

(finish is nice and extra protected with the new UV finish I might add, making this one-off truly unique!)

I guess the lighting is playing tricks because it looks like fireglo to me. I'd call this a noble but failed experiment.

I like it, considering the digital photos are probably flattening the burst. I'm partial to Autumnglos, and the ambering on this one is PERFECT - not all yellowy like the production AFGs.

Would have been amazing on a 21-fretter.

I thought it was a new way of creating an '09 variant of fireglo. I rather liked it as such. Digital photos...not all it's cracked up to be. For everything else, there's still my good ol' Olympus OM10

I can tell a significant difference; that's a very rich burst.

It's definatly reddish-brown and distinct, but not my favorite of the one offs.

Play on, pick often, jam with any Rickenbacker, and prosper.
