4003 MODERN HEADSTOCK

Hey everybody. I've seen a few pics on this forum of modern 4003's with a longer headstock than I have seen before, bearing walnut wings (same headstock as the v'63?). I love this look. Does it come as standard now. I remember the 4003's having a short all maple headstock like my '78 4001. If this IS the standard, I'm very interested!

It's standard post-2006 with some exceptions (like my 2007 AFG, which has maple wings).
