Yep. It came to Rocker Guitars here in SF. I called them, wallet ready, the day after it came in, but it had been sold within an hour of its arrival in their store...

Yep. It came to Rocker Guitars here in SF. I called them, wallet ready, the day after it came in, but it had been sold within an hour of its arrival in their store...

I have an AFG 381/12 on order. Rumor is I have plenty of time to save up for it.

I played two of the new 381s at NAMM, the MID 12 string, and the JG six string; both were noticeably lighter in weight and more resonant than my 381s. I'm not saying I think mine are heavy, just that the new models at NAMM are noticeably lighter in weight relative to mine.

The joys of salary.... :(

but at least our state wage laws say if I work over 40 hours/week I have to get 1.5x the pay..... or... if you're in good with the boss you can trade for extra time off to spend two weeks driving up and down the east coast for a guitar confluence! :twisted: But geez, what kind of nut would do that???? :lol:
