The Janglebox sounds good with the CW. Is it my imagination, or is it adding a bit of reverb?

I'm looking at his settings on the JangleBox and it seems that the Attack is between 2 and 3 o'clock while the Gain is at 9 o'clock. Am I right or do I need another appointment with the eye doctor?

It's the Janglebox is much as it is the CW. I've had a JB for a few years. I'm not taking anything away from the CW, but the JB works well on any number of Ricks.

And yeah, Richard, it appears to be as you see it.

Yes, I agree, that the JangleBox will make any model of RIC 12 string sound better.

However, I also own a 360/12 CW, and it does have its own unique vibe. First of all, when played acoustically, the resultant sound is louder and more resonant than other modern-day RIC 12's. When amplified, this translates to a more open, "woodsier" tone. My 360/12 V64 has a similar tone, but not as pronounced as the CW.

Although I've never played a vintage RIC 12 string from the 1960's, my guess is that the CW comes close to the vintage tone of these 60's instruments.

And yes, I can hear some reverb in the YouTube demo.....probably coming from his amp or another pedal as the JangleBox pedal does not have a reverb component.
