It is confirmed today, I will have checerboard binding on my project 4000. Pics should be up in about two weeks showing the progress. Luthier said he was doing the binding first.

Where did your luthier get the binding?

I received it from an anoynomous source. The luthier had told me that he could actually make the binding if necessary but, he said what I gave him was more than enough.

The work should be pretty costly however.Most of the routing can be done with machine but,the parts under the horns needs to be done by hand. I'll post pictures as soon as it's done.
