Looking for Rickenbacker repair expert in Europe (D/A/CH)

Post by Rickenslayer »

I'm looking for an expert for repairing Rickenbacker basses (neck with upbow), preferably in Switzerland, Germany or Austria.

Any hints would be greatly appreciated!

Hi everybody !
This is my first post here and I hope I can help you, Chris !
I have made very good experiences with Stefan Zirnbauer from Munich Repair Shop / Stevens Guitars here in Munich.
http://www.guitars.de
Stefan is a master luthier and together with Werner Kozlik they have their own brand - Stevens guitars.
He worked on some of my Ricks and always did a great job. He really knows what he's doing.
Munich is not so far away from Switzerland. Give them a call between 2 am and 5 am.
Good luck !

Thanks Collin for the welcome ! Have to find out how things are going on this forum, lots of possibilities !
I still have the 12 Ks ! Maybe my buddy Nick Woodland wants to try them out on his 660 instead of the 7,4 's .
BTW if you happen to come by a used 330 MG for a reasonable price - let me know. As it is planned for a project with new finish it doesn't matter if there are dings an dongs or other wear. Stay safe ! Alex
