Here is a nice example of a 4005FG however, can the current market bear the price for this bass?

What do you expect from Olivia's?
They always ask top dollar, and seem to sell things too. But, I've heard they are open to negotiation on prices...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Nice looking bass.

Re: Overpriced 4005 ?
A friend of mine did an offer on an Olvia bassjust after the ebay ad closed. Saves them the Ebay fee at least when they sell via another way than Ebay.cjj wrote:What do you expect from Olivia's?

There's another '67 4005 in The UK with a similar price tag once the conversion to Dollars is made.

I prefer the Fireglo one, very expensive, but at least you can see what you get for your money via a decent set of photos which is more than can be said of the one in the UK....just one measly pic......still a nice bass though.

BTW, I prefer mine in JG and double bound, not that anyone here knew that or anything.

Re: Overpriced 4005 ?
Yep, Jeff usual takes the opportunity to post a picture of that 4005 WB JG beauty ...
