Show me your rack
Ahh, a good old fashioned double entendre makes the world go round doesn't it ?
Anyway, I finally reached breaking point with The Beast, what with two heads, four cabs, links etc. I was drowning in a sea of cables whenever I went out with it, and our crew was giving me dark looks. Therefore, I gutted the Trace units from their cases, and set up the wireless with rackmounts.
So here it is, the GP12SMX, linked to the GP7, with a Line 6 four band diversity wireless system. It's got rid of about four miles of cabling, and I can use my Rick-O-Sound box to split the signal from the Line 6 into both amps. I get about 1500 watts out of it, but you should ask my neighbors for a more accurate measurement. Now all I need is four cables to connect the speakers.
Here it is.
Not shown: Three ton dry weight and strangulated hernia.

Re: Show me your rack
Very nice, clean solution Gareth. Has to improve the tone too, as ALL cable has some capacitance. Kudos.

Did you have to get Barbeque sauce for it? Or did it come with the BBQ sauce?

Re: Show me your rack

Now I've got an Alembic SF-2 Superfilter in there instead of the F-2B, makes a lot more sense! This picture, I was recording and wasn't using the Glockenklang.
