Sure, if it was wired to a bass-cut cap.

Alternatively, you could have some fun and wire it to a whipped-cream dispenser or blasting cap...

Only use that last one if installing it in a Rickenfaker...

I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I could go for the blasting cap option; a blasting cap that triggered confetti or something shooting out of the soundhole of a 300 series guitar, sort of like those little plastic champagne bottles with the string that throw out streams of confetti. Glitter would be cool as well, or maybe personalized guitar picks.

If you go on the RIC site, type in "iiipopes mod", this guy has drawn up diagrams for doing this type of wiring on any Rick instrument. If you PM him, he will email you a diagram(not a schematic like the RIC sites wiring layouts)that's easy to follow. Both my 6 and 12 string Ricks have this pushpull feature that the new 4003s come stock with.

Yes, I have these diagrams from Scott, and did the mod for a customer based on them. I had done a similar mod on my 320 a few years back, but never bothered to draw the diagram.
