350SH onEbay

Post by marc61 »

I'm not a guitar player but, really love these guitars. Look is unbelievable. Only thing is I always hate the signature on the pickguard.

What do you think this should go for?

If you bought it you could always install another top pickguard on while you own it and put the signature one in the case for resale time. On the signature guitar I own (not Hoffs) that is what I have done. As to price they seem to go for a fairly good $. This one had nicks etc as well and went in the 3000's.

I consider that this 350SH is still likely to fetch close to the $3,000 US mark, nicks and all.

Interesting. This is the same guitar as the one you referred to.

There is no generic version of a 350 with that binding is there? they made this only for her?

There has been at least one other customized Model 350 made for Mark Hudson of the Hudson Brothers. It was a purpleburst with checkered headstock and body binding.

Yes, so it seems. I actually didn't notice both auctions were for the same guitar, #36 of 250, when I posted the link. I was concentrating more on the descrition of the condition. You have a good eye for detail.
