I've got 5 one of a kinds and a 1 of 2 which are obviously pretty rare colors:
TransBlue.........a beautiful kind of ocean blue with wood grain showing through
Purpleburst........a metallic purple-burst
Amber Montezuma Brown.....I think this one is my favorite......stunning guitar
Amber Autumnglo.......the name speaks for itself
Jetglo/Midnight Blue/Fireglo.......I suspect this one would be fun on acid ( I'll never really know )
and the 1 of 2 is another purpleburst but quite different than the other.
The production color that was hardest for me to find was Sea Green.....I think they are very rare.
And....I have heard of the harngelb yellow and would love to own one if anybody is interested in selling.
BTW......you can see all these colors ( except harngelb yellow ) at www.coolguitarz.com

There are three vermillion 650's in the resgister. If they have a Les Paul type sunburst they must be pretty cool. No pics tho.

Come to think about it, a sunburst 620 would rock!
Vermillion wood, not paint. The 650 'Excalibur.'

A sunburst 620??? A.k.a. Fireglo??

Coolguitars.com: Yippie, more pics for my electronic Ric scrap book. :D
That is a mighty fine batch of Ric's you got there!

PW, I couldn't get your link to work but found some intersting comments from 2007 by Mr.Hall over on the RIC forum about the yellow German guitars.

The coolguitars 360/12c63 SPC in the blue, that's what I had in mind but with more blue along the lines of this:

Of the 'standard' colors, Cloverfield Green might be the rarest. Also, some colors are rare for a particular model but more common on others, e.g. a 320 Red is fairly uncommon, but a 330 Red isn't quite so rare.

ACK! I just noticed that my next post will be 6666 ...

I found a Harngelb!

Here it is.......

Rumours that the 'white harngelb' Ric was named because of p**s poor production techniques which saw the once beautiful white finish turn urine yellow, are completely without foundation.

I thought that harngelb was only used on 610s or 620s.

I like the stand way more than the guitar colour, tbh :P
Are those actual production colours done by the factory?

I think next to standard JG the 360 in Burgundyglo's my 2nd fav... not really rare, of course.
