That reminds me of another acronym... GGMR (Gotta Get More Rickenbackers).

That's definitely a sexy beast you have there. :)

As for the V/T V/T conversion, I think most people have been getting their parts from guitarpartsresource.com or basspartsresource.com (same place). That's where I got the stacked pots and knobs for mine. The other stuff (caps & resistors) I had already. Oh, you only need caps, 1 additional 0.047uF and 2 0.0047uF unless you do like I did and chenge the tone circuit to match the 4002.
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I apologize if i missed this, but did the change to the 4002 tone circuit make a notable difference?

No, you didn't actually miss it, I mentioned it in a thread called "My 4004Cjj", but I haven't gotten around to commenting on how it sounds. I added switches so I can selectively turn the 4002 circuit on or off for each pickup.

Actually, I haven't gotten around to really exploring the new sound. I've just been too busy with planting & such to even pick it up...

Thanks everyone...ordered the parts for the stack-o-rick upgrade today. I'm really liking the beastie - she seems to be liking me for some reason :D

My FireGlo obsession continues and my thirst is quenched...

...for now....
