Congratulations, Brett. She's a beauty. Certainly worth the sleepless nights while she sat in customs waiting for clearance, eh?

Thanks everybody. I took a punt on this one and thankfully it paid off. I wasn't too sure what I was getting and thought it may have been a dismembered body when I opened the box. It turned out a treat.

Just to answer some questions.

A long, nervous wait indeed.

That is a dream guitar to be certain (definitely MY dream guitar). It probably makes sex seem trite.
Enjoy it.

I know I would be playing it 'til my hands ached. Say, that fireglo looks a perfect match for my 1997SPC/VB...
Fingers are aching. Night time activites have changed but I blame the 4 month old for that :)

Howard, I know you are only saying that. You have a lot of love to give. And it's only fair, Darren got all the good ones so it's my turn this time. Your turn now.

Play on, pick often, jam with any Rickenbacker, and prosper.

I have to agree. There's something about this model that makes me shiver... it's just about perfect in every way.
