After nearly 2 years 8 months...

my fireglo 4003 arrived last week (well, 21-May-2009). Image


Date of manufacture is 4-2009. Sweet! She's very red, rich deep red.

Love that blood red FG & full-width inlays. Worth the wait. :)

You know? I've never been a big fan of the FG colorings but recently I'm starting to be a fan.

It looks fabulous.

Eric at RIC has really gotten the FG spray technique perfected. Very nice transition towards the middle.

Yes, congrats on a beautiful Fireglo 4003! These latest examples have really looked great. I'm a confirmed Mapleglo freak, but I'm really wanting a Fireglo lately...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

I know the waiting game well....it is now only a distant memory...compared to the YEARS of joy this bass will bring you, it was well worth the wait.
