Interesting that they don't have any black on them at birth (I assume this isn't some rare all white one).
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...

Well, my Tripper's puppy coat was all one color but as he grew up it turned two-tone. It's probably like that.

Seems like is might be similar to Siamese cats, they start out all white too, then develop the dark "points" as they get older. In the case of the cats, it's a selective form of albinism that depends on the temperature of the skin/hair. Cooler areas don't exhibit the albino coloring and get darker, which explains the white color at birth since the kittens develop in an all warm environment. I have no idea if it's the same with Pandas.
