Rack Case with slide out shelf?

I am looking for a maybe up to 6U rack case for my tuner & bass amp head. I would like it to have a kind of shelf (or shelves) that will slide out and lock solidly in an extended position, to hold some effects pedals that I could control by hand instead of foot. I have not seen anything like this in searches. Is there such a thing?

You can buy rack shelves that slide out and lock, I got mine on ebay, many stores there have them.
