Well I for one am enjoying the heck out of them, Roy!
Here's another Outlaws track, from an obscure low-budget "pop" movie called "Live It Up!". Richie Blackmore on guitar and dance(! :D ), Chas Hodges on twelve-string guitar, and a guy named Ken Lundgren on steel guitar. (Appeals to me because when I'm not a bass player I'm a steel player - or vice versa...)

Here's another that did nothing but it's a great track sounds very much like Tornados should have done it

Has a lot of the Ennio Morricone spaghetti Western sound... and yet it pre-dates even "Fistful Of Dollars".

Whilst not from the 60s very much associated with the 60s, taken from a live show at Liverpool Empire Theatre in the 80s this is for all you drummers out there

In 1962 Jet Harris and Tony Meehan were six weeks at number in UK with this track. Both had been in The Shadows and were on Shadows first album, sadly Tony was killed in a accident at his home a couple of years but Jet is still playing and he has had some life battled alchol been totally broke but he can still play and has a great sence of humour

I remember buying this in 63 and constantly playing it thought it was great.
Years later in the 80s managed to find an album by them but didn't live up to expectations.

The Violents to best of my knowledge were from Sweden but did not have the impact the Spotnicks had.

This was their only UK release, I may well have been only person who bought it but in 63 on a small transistor radio it sounded great, still like this track.

The Violents - Ghia (play it loud)

The Rapiers were not around in 60s but create one of the most authentic 60s sounds Ihave ever heard in terms of guitar instrumentals.

Here's a great track

That's the "old" Ace, before the renovation and its new identity as the hangout for Trendies. Nowadays they trailer vintage Bentleys there on Friday nights...Loved the old slide show, Roy. It was nice to see black and white clips of BSAs and Triumphs, even if my old 650 Lightning seldom ran on both cylinders at once...
