I am beginning to wonder if green wood is the culprit...

I just heard from Ben at Rickenbacker, and he is most definitely taking good care of me! I should have my new bass soon. Thank You, Ben, and please let everyone at RIC know I appreciete the great service!

I think they have good intentions. Let's hope the new bass isn't the same as the old bass.
