Not that I endorse dancing on anyone's grave (so to speak), but reality is with the turn in the economy over the past two years, it's certainly conceivable that some of these guitars previously ordered may not be picked up over the next couple months--people's situations can certainly change in the course of a couple years.

As suggested above, I'd track the recent shipments and contact those dealers directly to see if they still have buyers attached to the guitars.

Well, if the c63s ship in June (which I think they will but my dealer has told me so many arrival dates that I've stopped getting my hopes up) the wait is coming to a close for many of us. Here's to some new c63s on the forums!!
