That's certainly something I will consider for this summer, thanks.

That is a very nice functional case. They should sell well here.

As I've said before, if you have any guitar that means something to you, you need a case like this, or an ATA alternative.

Thanks Andrew
Yes I agree it,s a good investment, we were under pressure from various artists that we work with to come up with a case that isn,t as heavy as a flight case but a lot stronger than a standard hardshell and this is what I came up with, all Baltic Birch construction.

Wow, that case is gorgeous! That is a perfect blend of retro-vintage looks with modern state of the art protection. To me that's similar to the new Mustangs, Camaros, and Challengers that we now see on the roads...a big nod to retro style but underneath it all, the best that modern technology has to offer...well done! :)

Very nice case there...

I always liked the black tolex cases best, mainly because of the inside and all the possible colors. I've had blue, red and orange cases, and I've seen purple, green, gold...they're just killer-looking when you pop them open.

Kira, regarding the first silver cases, I don't know for sure, but looking through the Registry, it looks like the John Lennon reissue of 1990 was the first reissued in the silver cases. Those cases from 1990 to about 1995 had a different color blue, closer to the 60's type IMO.

If you look at the Registry for 1989 guitars, the RM, SH, JK were all in black tolex. It is a limited sample, so who knows. But enough info to beat the emperor over the head with. :D

Are these cases actually available for sale now or are they still prototypes? I can see my 370/12 inside that silver beauty!
