Took some water in the basement last Friday. A couple of HSC's got wet, 3 to the point that the inside is wet. The lining for my 360 case is coming apart. What's the best way to dry them out? What glue can be used to the insides back together?
Help!

Re: Flood damaged cases
Plastic Moulded SKB type or G&G vintage style cases?
If it's the SKB, you might want to remove the entire styrofoam insert, to get the water out of the backside, so they can dry out on both sides. Use a hot glue gun on the styrofoam (spray glue will likely not have a positive reaction with the styrofoam).
If it's a G&G type, you will have a harder time getting the interior bits out, as they are inserted piece-by-piece instead of the entire guitar-length section like the SKB. You can use spray glue for both the interior to the foam, and the foam to the case shell.
Hope that helps, what a bummer! (Are your guitars ok?)

Re: Flood damaged cases
Thanks Collin. These are G&G type cases. The insides apparently use water soluble glue to hold the insides. Hide glue, maybe?
The guitars are ok.
On a happier note, the Janglebox came in the mail yesterday, so I'm motivated to play.
