I just read this sad news. It feels strange to know that Johnny's sidekick has also left this mortal abode. He was a very funny man and he performed a lot of charitable works.

It seems such a long time ago he was on the Tonight show.

Love Big Ed and that laugh of his - he was the most cheerful guy in the world.

RIP, Ed. Growing up wouldn't have been as much fun without you.

Hmm, I was going to say, "It seems like such a short time ago that he and Johnny were on the tonight show"...

I guess I must be getting old...

Well, now they're both gone. What a team, always a lot of laughs.

RIP Ed McMahon. I hope you and Johnny are having some good laughs again...
I have NO idea what to do with those skinny stringed things... I'm just a bass player...
